I'm an experienced physician with a passion for horticulture. I write regularly for publications on topics such as horticulture, gardening and more.
My Projects
-
Chelsea Physic Garden
As a freelancer I facilitate visits to the garden for groups of people who are interested to learn more about the historic cultural and scientific value of this unique garden in central London.
-
Lambeth GP Food Co-Op
These gardens provide a space for people to socialise, learn new skills and share food together. This results in improved wellbeing, people feeling connected with a sense of agency and accomplishment.

Research and Writing
I've co-authored several publications in the medical literature with colleagues from across the globe. I'm currently working on a set of horticultural writing projects for my RHS-accredited qualifications.
About Me
I'm a doctor with several years worth of experience & skill working in the UK & in international settings such as East Africa, the Middle East & Asia. My medical qualifications are MBChB (Hons) BSc (Hons) DTM&H (Tropical medicine).
I am currently enrolled in the KLC-West Dean London Garden design diploma for 2024. Alongside this I facilitate nature-based sessions & workshops which allow individuals & groups to engage with the cultural, historical & medicinal value of plants.
